Bethany Beach - 38°32′22″N 75°03′19″W
Bethany Beach is a quaint small town along the coast of Delaware. This town was founded in 1901 as a “dry town” and is still known to be a very family friendly and “quiet resort” choice. If you’ve never visited Bethany before -- add it to your list!
There are so many things to do within the small cottage town. Restaurants, boutiques, arcade, coffee shops, miniature golf, and of course the boardwalk and beach. During the summer season their bandstand hosts several performances ranging from talent shows to signed record label artists!
This small town is thriving from Memorial day through Labor day - however it quickly becoming a more year round beach town with the addition of many restaurants staying open later into the “shoulder season” as well as town and local area chamber of commerce area run activities that draw crowds of all ages.
Nearby towns of South Bethany Beach and North Bethany Beach are also quite attractive. North Bethany is home to many private gated beach and bay front communities. South Bethany on the other hand has the unique feature of bay side inlets allowing for a boaters paradise!
