Fenwick is a quaint beach and bay town located on the most southern point of Delaware. The town is situated on a small narrow peninsula which is often mistaken as a barrier island. Closely located to Ocean City MD you will take advantage of Delaware's super low property taxes!
The island is part of the “Quiet Resort” groupings which also include nearby Bethany, South and North Bethany.
There are so many beaches to choose from in Fenwick! Several Delaware State beaches to choose from along the ocean side as well as the bay side for the little ones. History abounds nearby at the Fenwick lighthouse. There is a museum at the base of the light. Nearby World War towers can easily be seen while driving along coastal route 1.
Fenwick has a small commercial district along route 1 providing local surf shops, pizza places and finer dining establishments for all members of the family.
