For those that know him, there's little doubt that Justin was born to be in real estate.
Justin was born into a Delaware real estate centric family where he learned how immensely valuable the holding of real estate could be. At a young age Justin realized this trait surely didn’t skip a generation. While most 10-year-old’s spend their time watching TV or playing video games, Justin could often be found with his head buried in house plan books, architecture and design magazines or playing with CAD software on the computer. Several years later this passion still remains. While his skill-set...and voluminous hair, have grown tremendously, his enthusiasm is still the same as that wide-eyed young boy.
Justin has nearly a decade of experience in various marketing and new business development capacities and prides himself on producing results for the most discerning of clients. Justin focuses steadfastly on the bottom line - a happy client. Through relentless negotiation skills, mild temper and the fight for positive results, he is able to perform for his clients. Justin loves working with buyers, sellers, and developers - assisting them through the nuances of the DE real estate market.

Having spent summers since he was born in Bethany Beach - I have seen the extreme growth along the coast and inland areas. After living in Southern Delaware for almost 10 years I truly know the ins and outs of the micro local market and love calling the area my second home.
